Celebrating Karl Moschella and Wyatt Sciacca - Finalists in 2025 John Deere Technician Awards
We’re incredibly proud to announce that two of our outstanding team members — Karl Moschella and Wyatt Sciacca — have been named finalists in the prestigious 2025 John Deere Technician Awards.
Representing the very best in their fields, Karl Moschella, our Harvester Specialist based in Ayr, has once again been selected as a finalist for the coveted Service Technician of the Year award. This marks Karl’s fourth consecutive year reaching the finalist stage in this category which is a remarkable testament to his consistent expertise, dedication, and service to our customers and the agricultural community.
Wyatt Sciacca, our talented Parts Interpreter from Innisfail, has been named a finalist in the Parts Technician of the Year category. Wyatt was previously a finalist in 2024, but in the Apprentice Parts Technician category making this year’s recognition a significant and well-earned step up.
Both Karl and Wyatt will head to Brisbane on 15 September for the final round of judging, which includes a rigorous on-site hands-on testing process alongside other top technicians from Australia and New Zealand. The winners will be announced at the John Deere Technician Awards Gala on 18 September.
For those unfamiliar, the John Deere Technician Awards honour the vital contributions technicians make to the Agriculture, Construction, and Forestry industries across Australia and New Zealand. In 2025, the awards received over 80 nominations from 42 dealerships, with just 29 finalists selected making Karl and Wyatt’s achievements all the more impressive.
