Tooling Project Assistant
LOCATION:
Ayr, Queensland
This is a three-month contract role where you will provide critical support to our Safety and Compliance Manager ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Tooling Project Assistant to join the team at Honeycombes Sales and Service in our Ayr, Queensland location.

What we are looking for:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably in a trades or safety environment
- Ability to priorities tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Must hold a full Queensland Driver licence
- Must hold a fork lift licence
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- There may be occasion for you to travel and stay over-night
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Safety and Compliance Manager.
- Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of project activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for project activities
- Preparing and distributing project status reports and other communications
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather information
- Supporting the implementation of project management processes and tools
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required
