Service Manager
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated full-time Service Manager, based in our Industrial Branch. This is an exciting opportunity to support the ongoing growth of the service department supporting our dynamic team to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

To be successful in this key operational position, you will be:
- Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic
- 5+ years of post-trade experience
- High level of exposure and experience with industrial equipment and machinery
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to pivot and prioritise efficiently
- Ability to adopt and lead change initiatives
As a proactive, diligent and organised leader, you will achieve great results working collaboratively with a small team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, in this role, you will use your skills as an experienced Service Technician to take the next step in your career, managing and supporting people to reach their potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and providing technical expertise to technicians and apprentices
- Leading and supporting the team to maximise labour performance and achieve targets and KPIs
- Building customer relationships through effective communication, problem solving and support
- Mentoring and developing the team to increase service capability, safety adoption and improve service optimisation
