• Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic (agricultural experience highly regarded)
• Solid hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills
• Ability to travel and stay overnight when needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team-focused attitude and pride in your workmanship
• Welding experience – an advantage
• A genuine passion for machinery and interest in supporting customer success

• Service, repair and diagnose a range of machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with OEMs and share technical insights with the team
• Partner with parts and sales teams to deliver outstanding results
• Engage with customers – making it easy for them every step of the way
• Complete service documentation and processes to high standards
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive workshop environment
