Group Service Manager
As the Group Service Manager, you will be central in taking our business service operations to the next level. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Agricultural Solutions and Operations, you will manage the day-to-day service operations across all of our agricultural branches and play a pivotal role in our strategic growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to elevate the role to new heights and doing it better for the next phase of the business. Your mission will be to enhance customer satisfaction, be instrumental in driving a positive safety culture, improve financial and operational metrics across the business.
- 3+ years in a similar operational role, ideally within an agricultural business.
- Proven experience in leadership, with a knack for driving growth and managing through change.
- Confident leader with exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, energetic, and adaptable, with a deep passion for safety, business and achieving success.
- This role can be based out of any of our branches but having someone that is available to travel to all our QLD branches is vital to the role.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service growth and increase profitability.
- Manage day-to-day service operations with a focus on efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professionalism and positive engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional solutions.
- Drive strategic planning, safety, performance analysis, and operational improvements.
