Finance Officer
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at Honeycombes Sales and Service in Townsville, Queensland. Based at the Townsville Truck Centre, this part-time role, 35 hours per week, offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our dynamic company. Our ideal candidate will enjoy performing a variety of tasks and be a true team player who is committed to the success of our Finance team.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy with financial data
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to learn in-house software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Accounts payable functions for our John Deere franchise and other whole good franchises
- Accounts payable functions for other suppliers
- Liaising with sales staff regarding whole goods timing & payments
- Management and processing of company-wide fuel card accounts
- Factory receivables processing and reconciling
- Cash and cheque banking
- Bank statement processing & reconciliation daily
- General finance administration duties
