We're currently seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to lead the growth and upskilling of our team in alignment with John Deere's Certified Dealer Instructor (CDI) standards.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in training coordination or technical training (agriculture/mechanical industries preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with John Deere systems is highly regarded
- A proactive and self-driven attitude
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:
- Lead Internal Training Development to meet John Deere CDI requirements, including completing the JD Instructor Course and achieving CDI approval.
- Coordinate and Deliver Localised Training for service technicians and parts professionals across all branches.
- Manage and Deliver John Deere Training Modules to meet annual targets.
- Create and Maintain Training Plans for sales, service, and parts teams, tracking progress and aligning with JD and HSS goals.
- Collaborate with Ag Branch & Service Managers to ensure technician training aligns with evolving machinery technologies.
- Work with our Technical Communicator to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training.
- Support Employee Onboarding & Upskilling across all departments.
- Drive dealership performance by improving first-time fix rates through effective training.
- Deliver training on John Deere platforms such as JDLink, Service Advisor, and Operations Centre.
- Develop and Maintain Training Materials and Resources.
- Manage and improve the Honeycombes Apprenticeship Program, ensuring it meets regional and individual needs.
- Build long-term relationships with local schools to support apprenticeship and work experience pathways.
- Work with AASNs and STROs to support apprenticeships, and coordinate TAFE attendance with our Administration Officer.
