As the Branch Manager, reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Ayr team and will be the face of our business in the region. With your extensive leadership experience, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, engage with customers, and lead a high-performing team. Your focus will be on creating strong connections with customers, ensuring smooth operations across the branch, and delivering financial growth through collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business owners, driving growth and market share
- Sales Leadership: Oversee sales operations, ensuring high standards, effective management, and alignment with business goals.
- Financial Performance: Take responsibility for the financial performance of Sales, Service, and Parts, driving results and improving efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to ensure consistent practices and optimal operational efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Use key business metrics to monitor branch performance and provide support to ensure targets are met.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments to support balanced decision-making and shared outcomes.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure the branch complies with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations, creating a safe and positive working environment.
