Administration Officer
We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive and proactive Administration Officer, in a full time capacity, to support the smooth operation of the HR, Safety and IT functions. This role is based at our Townsville office in Garbutt.

- Strong administrative skills, completing tasks with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to quickly learn in-house IT systems.
- Positive can-do attitude - a real team player.
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Driver license with the ability to travel throughout our branches.
Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, this role is responsible for providing high level administration support to the department including, but not limited to:
- Completion of procurement and finance processes for IT, HR and Safety functions,
- Document control processes including editing, tracking and publishing,
- Coordinating, booking and producing itineraries for all travel requests,
- Coordinating and scheduling of training requests,
- Onboarding and offboarding IT requirements for new and exiting employees, and providing troubleshooting assistance where required,
- Record keeping and tracking,
- General administration tasks such as scanning, copying and filing.
