Administration Officer
We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive and positive Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Garbutt, Townsville. This is more than just an administration role - you’ll be in the engine room supporting our HR, IT, Safety and Training functions, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, internally and externally
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between branches when required
Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across a range of areas, including:
- Managing procurement and finance processes across HR, IT, Safety and Training
- Developing user guides and documentation
- Coordinating travel, bookings and detailed itineraries for all employees
- Scheduling and organising training across the business, ensuring all administrative functions are whole and complete
- Managing IT onboarding and offboarding for employees, including basic troubleshooting support and working closely with external providers
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking systems in existing platforms
- Supporting decision making with timely advice and thorough research
- Providing general administrative support (scanning, filing, document prep and more)
- Occasional travel throughout our dealership network to perform audits
