Honeycombes Sales & Service is an Australian owned company and leading distributor of Agricultural, Automotive and Construction machinery, with 7 branches across North Queensland.

This position will suit a self-starter who is highly motivated and has the ability to lead and mentor a small team of Automotive Service Technicians and Apprentices.

What we are looking for:

• Previous Automotive Service management experience
• Automotive Trade qualified with sound fault finding and diagnostics skills
• The ability to work with computerised maintenance systems
• Ability to achieve KPI’s and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Strong customer satisfaction approach (both internal customers and external customers)
• Excellent time management skills
• Mazda experience an advantage (but not essential)
